- Center of Physical WellnessITEC: Focus on physical health through education in fitness, anatomy, sports massage, physiology, and body practices. Courses aim to prevent injuries and improve the body's functional state.
CPD UK: Support for physical well-being with an emphasis on mindful physical activity, disease prevention, ergonomics, and individualized movement programs for all ages. - Center of Nutritional WellnessITEC: Education on the fundamentals of nutrition and dietetics in the context of complementary therapy. Students learn about the impact of nutrition on health and develop recommendations for clients.
CPD UK: A wide range of courses on healthy eating, weight management, detox programs, nutraceuticals, and nutritional support for chronic diseases. - Center of Financial WellnessITEC: No formal qualifications.
CPD UK: Focus on financial literacy, conscious financial habits, personal finance management, reducing money-related stress, and achieving a sustainable lifestyle through financial stability. - Center of Environmental WellnessITEC: No formal qualifications.
CPD UK: Educational programs in sustainable development, environmental awareness, green thinking, sustainable habits, corporate ecology, and carbon footprint reduction. - Center of Social & Occupational WellnessITEC: Includes disciplines in customer service management, entrepreneurship, sales, and wellness business management. Develops professional interaction skills within the service environment.
CPD UK: Training in building healthy working relationships, ethics, developing social skills, communication literacy, and increasing job satisfaction. - Center of Mental & Emotional WellnessITEC: No direct qualifications, but modules on client counseling are included in massage and wellness programs.
CPD UK: A large selection of courses on stress management, emotional intelligence, mental well-being, psychology, coaching, and mental health support in the workplace and private life. - Center of Spiritual WellnessITEC: No formal qualifications.
CPD UK: Programs on mindfulness, meditation, developing inner balance, breathing techniques, and spiritual support in professional practice. Some courses certify meditation teachers. - Center of Medical WellnessITEC: Partially represented through qualifications in anatomy, physiology, and pathology. This knowledge is mandatory for massage, nutrition, and body care.
CPD UK: Programs aimed at disease prevention, foundational anatomy, functional medicine, understanding chronic conditions, and recovery support through lifestyle modifications. - Center of Massage & Bodywork WellnessITEC: A wide range of courses—from classic and holistic massage to lymphatic drainage, hot stone therapy, and sports massage. Emphasis is placed on both technique and client safety.
CPD UK: Additional modules and masterclasses on specialized techniques: visceral massage, trigger points, Eastern practices, pregnancy massage, and rehabilitation massage. - Center of Beauty & Aesthetics WellnessITEC: Training for specialists in skin, body, face, and nail care, including manual and аппаратные (device-based) methods. Courses range from basic to advanced levels, including advanced skincare and aesthetic procedures.
CPD UK: Support and enhancement of professional skills in the beauty sector—from SPA to anti-age and skin rejuvenation practices. Includes certification for the safe application of cosmetic technologies.
